Cancellation Policy

We value your time and are committed to providing a personalized, luxury experience for every client. In order to protect reserved appointment times, the following policies are in place: Cancellations & Rescheduling We kindly require a minimum of 48 hours notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Changes made within 48 hours of your scheduled time will result in a cancellation fee of 50% of the service cost. Same-Day Cancellations & No-Shows Appointments canceled the same day or missed without notice will be charged the full service amount. This ensures fairness to both our clients and our business, as your reserved time is no longer available to others. Prepaid Appointments Clients with a history of same-day cancellations or rescheduling may be required to prepay for future appointments. Please note: All prepaid services are non-refundable. In the event of a same-day cancellation or no-show, the full payment will be forfeited. Repeated Cancellations To maintain availability for all clients, we may decline future bookings after multiple last-minute cancellations or missed appointments. We truly value our clients and appreciate your understanding and respect for our time, just as we respect yours.
